So what happened? Did they have to rush you to the hospital? Did they have to do a C-section? Looks like you and baby are both OK… I’m dying for details!
Sorry… I’m sure you have more important things to do right now than to satisfy my curiosity. Just glad that everybody is OK.
I certainly plan to tell the story, but it’s a long one, and I’m still processing lots of things right now. No dramatic rush to the hospital. I was doing fine, but baby’s heart sounded a bit off, so we decided to go to the hospital to get more info. Matthew drove us the short distance to the hospital — no biking at that point 😉
For the moment, I’ll probably be sharing little bits and snippets of the experience, and trying to get back on-topic with some green postings.
I’m so glad you’re OK, and I totally understand about needing time to process. Plus… it IS your private life after all, there’s no requirement that you share anything at all with us nosy internet hounds. I’m just glad it wasn’t some horrible scene of screeching across town in an ambulance with sirens blaring and medics screaming “We’re losing her!” or something awful like that.
Take care, and take your time. Blogs can wait, babies can’t.
Gabriel! Our first born is a Gabriel. With warmest wishes, and heartiest congratulations to all of you, as you are beginning what surely will be your best adventure yet.
Congratulations!!!!!
